Meet the Pastors

Fred Davis, Senior Pastor

Through a set of providential steps, the Lord called Fred to be Senior Pastor of Calvary Presbyterian Church in the fall of 1997. Having previously focused on youth ministry and New Church Development, coming to Enumclaw and to a church that is over 110 years old has been a true change of pace and style. Since that time, Calvary has been involved in a process of sharpening its vision to reach new generations of people for Christ. Fred’s passion in  ministry is preaching from the Scriptures, helping leaders catch a bigger vision of ministry and building relationships with individuals.

His favorite Christian authors are C.S. Lewis, Dietrich Bonhoeffer and Brennan Manning. He also enjoys a good John Grisham, Dan Brown or Tom Clancey novel as well. His interests include music of all sorts but particularly jazz; writing; and cruising the waters of Puget Sound with Judy in their boat – MV Providence.

Fred and Judy have been married for nearly 33 years. Their two daughters – Kresta and Melissa – are both married and have children of their own. Grandkids are great!

Lane Eldridge, Youth Director

Lane has been the Youth Director for the past 4-1/2 years, but has attended Calvary since she was 5 years old.  Lane attended Western Washington University and earned a degree in Exercise Science, which actually comes in handy with diagnosing and treating the injuries sustained to youth during game time!  At Calvary she leads both the Middle School and Senior High youth groups.  Outside of work she enjoys running, biking, swimming, reading and spending time with her husband, Dennis, and three children - Kadyn, Teagan, and Carter.
