FOR ALL ADULTS
Sunday Mornings: Our adult Sunday School schedule varies throughout the year. At times we offer a consistent Bible study, working our way through a book of the Bible. Other times, we offer different classes on a short series basis, usually on current issues or topics. Watch our church bulletin and newsletter for updates.
Wednesday Nights: This is our primary opportunity for adult education. Our “family night” program meets for three sessions throughout the school year. It begins with an informal catered dinner, followed by programs for all ages. While children and youth attend their own program, adults participate in a variety of class options.
Discovery Classes: For those interested in joining our church, or finding out more information about being Presbyterian, Discovery Classes are offered 2-3 times a year. Find out answers to basic questions of faith and church life.
Small Groups: Since participating in the 40 Days of Purpose Campaign in the spring of 2004, our church has greatly increased its small group participation. Our small groups meet for fellowship, worship, study, and prayer (and usually snacks as well). Groups meet at various times throughout the week, on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. We have small groups for singles, couples, women, men, stay-at-home moms, older adults, and everyone else in between. This is another great way to plug into Calvary.

. If these fail to meet your needs, interests, or reading habits, we can probably get it; just let us know. We have this past year developed a database, or formally, an integrated catalog, that is searchable on topics, titles, authors, and any field in the record of the item, including where it is housed. The computer with the database is in the Narthex, and available for use by those who are computer knowledgeable. Our Librarian can show you how to use the catalog or help you find what you are looking for. Circulation is self-checkout and on the honor system. We want to know who has what, and expect you will also bring it back when you’re finished, but there is no set time limit.
